RHINE

  J. R. Rhine of Mt. Union, died at his home at that place on Saturday, 
death being due to erysipelas.  He was aged 80 years and had resided 
with his daughter for the past two years.  He is survived by three 
daughters and four sons, as follows: Mrs. Samuel Murphy of Bellwood, 
Mrs. Ralph Carruthers of Mt. Union, Mrs. Eugene Gayman of this city, H. 
C. Rhine of Shade Valley, H. S. of Ohio, H. A. of Cross Keys, and H. D. 
of Mt. Union.  Fourteen grandchildren also survive.  Funeral services 
will be held this afternoon in the Waterloo Presbyterian church.
