Ross died in Bellwood last Thursday after an illness of a little more than two years. Mr. Ross was a sufferer from a complication of diseases. Deceased was born near Huntingdon, September 20, 1855, and on June 17, 1890, he took unto himself as a wife Miss Susan Baird. Mr. Ross was a member of the Independent Order of Foresters, as well as the Knights of Maccabees. In early life he united with the United Brethren church, but later connected himself with the Methodist Episcopal church, in which faith he died. Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Hewitt S., of near Pittsburgh, and one daughter, Mrs. Mary J. Pringle, of Gallitzin. The Huntingdon Globe, Thursday, March 20, 1913
