	Reuben George Rudy, formerly of Charter Oak, Huntingdon county, died 
at the home of W. R. Stoner in Centre Hall, Pa., on Friday, August 21.
	A son of George and Elizabeth (Stiver) Rudy, he was born November 27, 
1861.  At the time of his death he was aged 80 years 8 months and 24 days.
	He is survived by the following children:  Mrs. John Jackson of 
Huntingdon; Mrs. Clarence Port of Petersburg; Clarence Rudy and Theodore Rudy 
of Centre Hall; one sister, Mrs. Oliver Ewing, of Neffs Mills, and one 
brother, Samuel Rudy, of Pennsylvania Furnace, also survives.
Funeral services will be held at the F. V. Goodheart funeral home, Centre 
Hall, on Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock, in charge of the Rev. W. K. 
Hosterman.  Burial will be made in Neffs Mills cemetery.
