Murf was happiest when surrounded by her 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Mrs. DelGrosso's very large extended family included relatives, friends, employees and guests who would always receive an invitation to "sit down" when visiting her in the kitchen during her 68 years as head of food service operations for the DelGrosso companies. A dish of her famous "Murf's Potato Salad" was a must for every Park guest. Mafalda DelGrosso's legacy of hard work - in an atmosphere of love - began at an early age.
