DEATHS,

  SHAVER. - On Thursday morning last, in this Borough, of Scarlet 
Fever, Miss Laura Jane Shaver, aged 17 years, and 6 months.
  The deceased, though young in years, was an exemplary Christian, and 
had for the past two years been a consistent member of the Baptist 
Church in this place. She was a follower of the Saviour, and her end 
was peace.  P.
