WALDO F. SHOWALTER.

   Waldo F. Showalter, formerly of this city, died at the home of his sister, 
Mrs. Reefer, at Mt. Union yesterday morning of typhoid fever.  He was aged 27 
years and was employed as a fireman on the Middle division of the Pennsylvania 
railroad.  He is survived by his mother, two sisters and a brother.  The 
funeral will take place Thursday and interment will be made in Trough creek.
