Stewart, ticket agent for the Pennsy at Pennsylvania Furnace, died Tuesday at Roanoke, Va., following an attack of heart trouble, while on a trolley car. He was on a vacation of two weeks and was visiting at the home of W. W. Lower, brother of Mrs. Stewart. He was taken to the Lower residence but death followed rapidly. His wife was with him on the visit. Mr. Stewart was widely known through Spruce Creek valley and was active in all affairs. He was greatly interested in church and Sunday school activities and taught a class of young men at the Baileyville church. He will be greatly missed by visitors to Pennsylvania Furnace. His wife survives, with a sister, Mrs. Chester Rothrock, of this city. The body was taken yesterday to his late home. Funeral services will take place this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
