  Mr. William Stine, of Carbon township, died at his residence on Friday 
night, after a brief illness, aged almost 50 years.  He was a good citizen 
and a clever man.  He leaves a wife and seven children to mourn his death.  
His eldest son, Lemuel, was dangerously injured on the day previous to his 
father's death, by falling off a wagon shed.  On Saturday morning, it was 
said, he was resting well and will get over it all.
