STONE

  Mrs. Laura, wife of Jacob H. Stone, died at Marklesburg, Saturday, 
February 9.  Mrs. Stone's maiden name was Beaver daughter of Anthony 
and Sarah Barrick Beaver, and she was married to Jacob Grove, of Penn 
township.  To this union were born four children.  After the death of 
Mr. Grove, the widow married Jacob H. Stone, of Lincoln township, and 
to this union there are two children.  Mrs. Stone is survived by her 
husband and the following children:  John H. and Jacob A. Grove, of 
Tyrone; Flora, Mrs. Elmer Weller, Marklesburg; Verna, Mrs. Joseph 
Clemmens, of Huntingdon; Misses Ada and Ruth, at home.
