SWAB Mrs. Swab, 85 of 13207 N. 52nd St., Tampa, Fla., formerly of Birmingham, died Monday, July 2, 1990 at her home. Mrs. Swab served as postmistress of the Birmingham Post Office for 19 years. She was born March 21, 1905 in Birmingham, the daughter of John M. and Bessie (Pifer) Crowell, and married Cloyd Swab, who preceded her in death. Surviving are two sisters: Ruth Scott of Tampa and Helen Wilson of Altoona, and four nieces and a nephew. She was a member of the Petersburg Presbyterian Church. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements by the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Tyrone. SWAB - Graveside services for Eva B. Swab, formerly of Birmingham, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, at Birmingham Methodist Cemetery, with Rev. Robert H. Cauffman officiating. There will be no public visitation.
