Trout Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Trout a resident of Three Springs for the past 15 years, died at her home at 4 a. m. Saturday, January 22, 1944, death being due to the infirmities of advanced age. She was born at Cromwell Township, Huntingdon County, on February 10, 1857, hence, was aged at time of death 86 years, 11 months, and 12 days. Her parents were David Leonard and Rebecca Heck Leonard. She was united in marriage to William Trout on December 25, 1887. Her husband preceded her in death in 1934. Mr. and Mrs. Trout were the parents of four children, of whom one daughter survives: Miss Ethel Trout at home. Also surviving are a number of grandchildren. Mrs. Trout was a member of the Three Springs Methodist Church. The funeral service will be held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Trout home in Three Springs, the Rev. Clem Hershey, pastor of the deceased officiating. Interment will be made in Three Springs Cemetery. Friends will be received at the late home. Green's funeral service.
