John Morrison Uttley
 
  John Morrison Uttley died at the home of Orville Booher of Three 
Springs R.D. on Thursday afternoon, January 2, 1947.  At the time of 
death, he was aged 79 years, 8 months and 25 days.  Surviving are a 
son, Thomas M. Uttley of Huntingdon R.D. 3; a sister, Mrs. Scott McNeil 
of Saltillo; and two grandchildren.  The funeral service was conducted 
by the Rev, Richard Meyers in the Baptist Church, Saltillo, on Sunday.  
The I.O.O.F. Lodge of Orbisonia held a graveside service and members 
of the lodge served as pallbearers. Interment was made in Saltillo 
cemetery.
