Alice Eleanor Walker, 80, of Walker Lane, Three Springs, died at 9 a.m. Sunday, 
Aug. 23, 2009, at her home in Clay Township.

Born June 19, 1929, in Blandsburg, Cambria County, she was a daughter of the 
late Enlow and Catherine (Bouch) Campbell. She married the Rev. Marion R. 
Walker Nov. 23, 1950. The Rev. Walker preceded her in death Dec. 24, 1995.

Mrs. Walker is survived by three sons and two daughters, Enlow Walker, Mark 
Walker and Thomas Walker, all of North Pole, Alaska; Rhoda Ciampa, Fort Loudon; 
and Vera Joy Stevens, Everson; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by a brother, Enlow Campbell Jr., Janesville.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Vernon Campbell, and an infant brother, 
Arthur Campbell.

Mrs. Walker was a member of the Center Grove Brethren in Christ Church, 
Waterfall Road, Three Springs.

A devoted pastor’s wife and homemaker, Mrs. Walker also worked at Woodland 
Retirement Center, Orbisonia, as a nurse aide and had done cleaning for several 
folks in the area.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, at the Center Grove 
Brethren in Christ Church, Waterfall Road, Three Springs, with Rev. Mel 
Brubaker officiating. Interment will be made in the Fairview Cemetery, Three 
Springs, R.R.

Friends may call at the church from 6-9 p.m. tonight, Monday, Aug. 24, and one 
hour prior to services Tuesday.

Arrangement are under the direction of the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 
Orbisonia.
