  ANTHONY WHITE, a well known resident of Huntingdon, died Friday evening Nov. 
25 at 9 o'clock, after an illness over two years, in the 80th years of his 
age.  He was a good citizen, a consistent member of the Methodist church, and 
served with distinction in the Civil war, being a member of Companies B and D, 
49th regiment.  He is survived by his wife and three daughters, as follows:  
Mrs. Wm. Black, Mrs. Wm. Grimson and Miss Katharine, all of Huntingdon.  
Funeral on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Dr. J. Harper Black officiating.
