Mary A. Witter

  Mary Alice Witter, 84, a resident of Woodland Retirement Center, 
Orbisonia, and formerly of Waterfall, died at 5:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 
26 2002, at Woodland.
  Funeral services were held Jan. 29 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 
Hustontown with Pastor Sam Stoey officiating. Interment was made in 
Center Cemetery, RD Waterfall.
  Born Aug. 19, 1917, in Waterfall, she was a daughter of the late Roy 
W. and Freda Maude (Alloway) Witter.
  She is survived by one sister, Doris Oakman of New Haven, Ky.; and a 
number of nieces and nephews.
  A brother, Dale Witter, preceded her in death.
  She was of the Protestant faith.
  A homemaker, she enjoyed crafts and flowers.
