All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm __________________________________________ Mrs. Regina Woomer Mrs. Regina Woomer, wife of Isaac Woomer, of Graysville, Huntingdon county, died at 5 o'clock, Thursday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Olive Archy, of Graysville, death being due to valvular heart trouble. She was born at Green Castle, Pa., Oct. 14, 1847, the daughter of Samuel and Regina Rhodes, and on May 16, 1887, was married to Isaac Woomer. She was one of the best known and most highly esteemed residents of the Spruce Creek valley. She had resided in Graysville for the past thirty-nine years and was an active member of the Graysville Presbyterian church. Surviving are the husband and eight children: Jay L. Woomer, of Juniata; Mrs. George M. Williams, of Pennsylvania Furnace; Mrs. George Glass, of Uniontown; Mrs. Olive Archy of Graysville; Miss Belle Woomer, of Altoona; Joseph, of Juniata; Mrs. Herbert Lippincott, of Haddonfield, N.J., and E. K. Woomer, of Graysville. Fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive. The funeral was held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in charge of Rev. R. M.
