Zeek died from influenza and pneumonia on Sunday morning, after an illness of three days, aged 55 years. He was a well known character in Huntingdon, where he resided practically all his life. He was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Catholic church from youth and was janitor and porter of the Municipal Band. His father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Zeek, are both deceased. Surviving him are two sisters: Mrs. Euclid Lewis and Mrs. Grant Platt, both of town. The funeral took place on Tuesday, Rev. Father Hackett officiating.
