Petersburg Pickings.

  We take pleasure in announcing the connubial affair of Mr. John 
Manna, of this place, and Miss Flora Herncame, of Hill Valley, which 
occurred on last Thursday at the bride's residence, witnessed by some 
forty odd guests and friends.  They came to Petersburg on Friday 
evening last, and as usual the band tendered the pair a splendid 
serenade.  They will make their future home in this place, and we 
extend our congratulations to them with our best wishes for a long life 
of prosperity and uninterrupted happiness.
