To the Honorable Judges of Court of Common Pleas for Huntingdon County, Composing an Orphans Court at Huntingdon for said county the 5th of May AD 1807. The Petition of Jacob Barrick acting administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits to which were of William Barrick late of the county aforesaid deceased Respectfully showeth That your Petitioner has made up and settled an account of his administration of said estate before the Register as appears by a certified copy thereof herewith exhibited. By which it appears that he has received an account of said estate the sum of three hundred and thirty three pounds sixteen shillings. And that the disbursements made by him together with the allowance made by Register for his care and trouble in the management of said estate amounts to one hundred and forty four pounds nineteen shillings and three pence which leaves a ballance in his hands of one hundred and eighty eight pounds sixteen & nine pence subject to distribution. Your Petitioner therefore prays your Honors to take his account into consideration and if you think it proper confirm the same and order a distribution of the ballance according to law. Whereupon it is considered by the court and ordered that the said account be confirmed and that Petitioner be allowed four dollars counsel fee together with costs of court, and that residue be distributed according to law.
