In the name of God Amen, I Jane Beaty of the borough of Rockhill in the County of Huntingdon and State of Pennsylvania, widow, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and tewstament, - hereby revoking and making void all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first, I direct that my body be decently interred in the Nebo Cemetery in Shirley Township in said county according to the rites and ceremonies of the United Brethren Church, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows, Viz. I give, devise and bequeath unto my grand daughter Clara Bolinger, wife of Jacob W. Bolinger of the said Borough of Rockhill, and daughter and only child now living of my only daughter Mary Jane* intermarried with Isaac Miller late of the said Borough both of whom are now dec'd, her heirs and assigns for ever, all my property, real, personal and mixed of what nature or kind soever, and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my death. In Witness whereof, I, Jane Beaty the Testatrix, have to this my will, written on one sheet of paper, set my hand and seal this 14th day of May A. D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. Before me, Register for the probate of wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the said County, personally appeared J. W. Bollinger who, being duly sworn doth depose and say that Jane Beaty late of Rockhill Boro, died on or about the 1 day of July A.D. 1891 at ___ oclock - to the best of his knowledge and belief. J. W. Bollinger Sworn and subscribed this 31 day of Oct. A.D. 1907, before Wm. H. Trude, Register. Additional Comments: Huntingdon County SS. On this 31 day of October A.D. 1907, before me Wm. H. Trude, Register for the probate of wills &c. in and for said County personally came B. F. Chilcoat and Conrad Miller who being duly sworn according to law doth depose and say that they are well acquainted with the handwriting of W. H. Shenefelt one of the subscribing witnesses to the last will and Testament of Jane Beaty, late of Rockhill Boro, deceased and that they have carefully examined the said signature of the said witness and that the said signature is the genuine signature and proper handwriting of the said witness and that to their certain knowledge the said witness is without the jurisdiction of the said Register. Trude, Register for the probate of wills, and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Huntingdon personally came B. F. Chilcoat one of the subscribing witnesses to the above will, and being duly affirmed according to Law, did depose and say that he was present and saw and heard Jane Beaty testatrix sign, seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for her testament and Last will, and that at the time of so doing she the said testatrix was of perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
