In the name of God, Amen, I Augustus Busch, of Juniata Township, Huntingdon County, Penna. being in good health of body and of sound mind and disposing memory, and being desirous to settle my wordly affairs do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any former time heretofore made: And first and principally, I commit my soul into the hands of my Creator who gave it, and my body to the earth; and to such wordly estates wherewith it has pleased God to intrust me I dispose of the same as follows: To my beloved wife Annie Catharine Bush I give and bequeath all my message, lands, tenements and hereditaments whatsoever, and also all my personal property whatsoever to use, to have and to hold absolutely as long as she my live, and to be disposed of by her at her death as she may direct. Augush Busch Signed in the presence of us the undersighn witnesses this 8th Sept. 1885 S. Allen J. R. Patton County of Huntingdon, ss: This Seventh day of March A.D. 1889, before me, Jno. S. Bare, Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the county of Huntingdon, personally came Stewart Allen and J. R. Patton, the subscribing witnesses to the above will, and being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard Augush Busch the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and, for his testament and last will, and that at the time of so doing he the said testator was of perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief. J. R. Patton Stewart Allen Sworn and subscribed before me, Jno. S. Bare, Register. (p. 384) Date of Death of Augush Busch Huntingdon County, ss: Before me, Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said county, personally appeared Anna Catharine Busch, who, being duly sworn, doth depose and say that August Busch, late of Juniata Township died on or about the 3rd day of March 1889 at about 6 o'clock P.M. to the best of her knowledge and belief.
