Twp. Huntingdon County and state of Pennsylvania be? Grown old and frail of body but of sound dispos? Mind and memory blessed be God- and knowing th? It is appointed for all men to die-do on this twenty ? Day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven make and order this interment of writing ? Contain my last will and testament in manner and form as follows. First I allow my executor herein after to be named as soon as possibly my decease out of my estate to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and what worldly goods the Lord hath bestowed on me. I bequeath in manor L? form as follows. First I bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret Johnston her bed and furniture and her chores of my ?lors attures and her ?addl? And bridle and what of the kitchen furniture she choses and now of ?peas to e appraised or sold and to be at her disposal at the time of her death and sch? Dollars annualy to be paid out of my estate or a decent maintainance during her natural life. I bequeath to my daughters Elizabeth Mitchell eight dollars besides what I gave her when she was married. I bequeath to my daughter Margarate Johnston eight dollars besides what I gave when she was married. I bequeath to my daughter Jane Stewart eight dollars besides what I gave to her when she was married I bequeath to my daughter Mary Johnston and Sarah Simouton twenty dollars each besides what they got when they were married the above bequeath to my daughter is not payed until five years after my youngest son Anthony arrives at age of twenty one years or until that time appears. I bequeath to my daughter Rachel five hundred and sixty five dollars besides what property she now holds in her own home to be paid to her in manner as follows fifty three dollars annually until the amount of five hundred and sixty five dollars is paid I bequeath to my sons Thomas Johnston and Anthony Johnston all my right ? Interent to be for their sole use and what of my moveable property will remain after my lawfull debts and necessary appences is discharged and by there discharging all the aforesaid bequeath to my beloved wife and each of my daughters and I ? Further allow and direct that if either of my two sons should depart this life before youngest arrives to age of 21 that the surviving is to have the deceased share and that out of my moveable property my son Anthony is to have fifty three dollars more than what Thomas is to have and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my nephew Thomas Johnston and son Thomas Johnston to be my sole executors of this my last will and all former wills and testaments by me made and I declare this to be my last will and testament in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year afore said be able and published at the last will and testament of Anthony Johnston in presence of John dearo John Fergus signed Anthony Johnston his mark Note the register not conceiving the testament offered sufficient to establish the above will and if ? was joined in the court of common please to try the reality thereof where the ?
