States Execuicix of this my las Will and testament hereby Revoking and making void all and every othe Will or wills at anytime heretofor by me made and Do Declare this to be my las will and testiment In Witness wereof ?? the said James Lee have hereunto sote my hand and Seal This This Third Day of January in the yeare of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty eight Sined and Sealed Declared and Published By the abov Named James Lee As and for this Las Will and Testament in the Prisence of us who At his Request and in his presence have subcribed our names As Witness hereto James Lee [his mark] Witness Pesent Samuel Harris Henry Harris Huntindon County ?? Before me Jacob Miller Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Huntindon aforesaid, personally came Samuel Harris and Hanry Harris who being duly Sworn according to law do each depose and say that they were personally present and did see and hear the above named James Lee (the Testator) sign (by affixing his mark thereunto, in the presence of each other, and in the presence of the said Testator, and at his instance and request, and that at the time of such Signing the said Testator was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief. Memorandum. Letters Testamentary (in Common form) were this day granted to Robert Lee and Abraham States Executors of James Lee, late of Penn Township, Huntindon County, Deceased. Inventory to be exhibited within Thirty days from this date and a just and true account calculation and rickoning of their Aministration of the Estate of the said Deceased in one year from the dates hereof or when they shall be thereunto legally required.
