This is the Last Will and testament of Robert McCall Penn township Huntingdon County State of Pennsylvania. I Robert McCall being in a ill state of health but still of sound mind do make this my last will and testament in manner as follows. In the first place I direct that my farmes after my death be divided into two farmes as Equally as can be, and apreasd them if evry of the heirs is eble and willing to take them and pay the rest of the heirs the may desire, if none of them can take it and pay the other heirs it must be sold and the money divided as follows. I wish an direct my Executors not to sel the farm for a few years to give the two girls a living on the place, that is Elizabeth and Margaret Melinda. Elizabeth is to have a Bed and the Bureau, Margaret and Melinda is to have a bed, and chist that is in the rume the have the liberty of pecking their beds themselves at my dth my mu*ible is all to be sold and after my my funeral expense and my debts is paid the ballence of any money that I have on hands, and the prosedes of sale of my property is to be equally divided between my children and Mery my grand child, May Jane Forshe (James we interline as his name was mist) Elen Garner, Washington, Sarey Ann Showalter, William Henry, Elizabeth, Margaret Melinda their my children is to have share and share alike. Een Garners share is to paid to her as she stands in nead of it if she should die before it is all paid to hur hur children is to get the monney Sary Jane got a cow and a bed for which eighteen dollars is to cum out of her share. Sary Ann Showalter got a bed and a cow for which fifteen dollars is to cum out of her share, Anamerye Alexandreys daughter is to git two hundred dollars and no more that is hur share of all the estate of her grand Father if she should die before she recieves it it is to go to the other heirs - James has got one hundred dollars that is to cum out of his share I hereby appoint my son James, and my son in law Anthone Forshee my Executors to settle up all my Estate I wish them to take care of Margaret Melinda and do hereby have seald and and delivered this 16th day of August 1864 in the presents of their witnesses Robert M Call Witness present John Anderson David Norris ------------ Huntingdon County SS. This tenth day of September AD 1864 before me Daniel W. Womelsdorf, Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Huntingdon, personally came John Anderson and David Norris the subscribing witnesses to the above will, and being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say, that they were both personally present and saw and heard Robert MCall the testator, sign, seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his testament and last will, and that at the time of so doing he the said Testator was of perfect and sound mind memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
