I, John McCulloch, of Huntingdon, Pa., Do make, my last Will and testament in manner following, to wit: First: I give and bequeath to Chris C. McCulloch, son of Geo McCulloch, my open faced gold watch. Second, I give and bequeath to Thomas McCulloch, son of Stewart T. McCulloch, the gold watch, chain and key, formerly owned by my brother, Thomas McCulloch. Third, I give and bequeath, Elizabeth Bare, Two hundred and fifty Dollars, clear of all charges or tax. Fourth: I give and bequeath to Jane Ellen Kendig, Four hundred Dollars clear of all charges or tax and the portrait of her aunt Miss McCulloch. Fifth. After the payment of my funeral expenses and just debts, I give and bequeath to my sister, Jane McCulloch, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, where situate. Sixth, I appoint hereby Jane McCulloch as Executrix of this my last will and testament. In Witness whereof, I, John McCulloch revoking all former wills have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this Sixth day of March 1879. Jno. Kuntzelman, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Huntingdon, personally came S. B. Chaney and D. Black, the subscribing witnesses to the above Will, and, being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard John McCulloch, the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his testament and last will, and that at the time of so doing, he the said testator was of perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief. Sworn and Subscribed before me S. B. Chaney J.D. Kuntzelman, Register D. Black Date of Death of John McCulloch, deceased Huntingdon Count, Ss: Before me, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration, in and for said County, personally appeared Jane McCulloch who, being duly sworn, doth depose and say that, Dr. John McCulloch late of Huntingdon Boro died on or about the 15th day of May 1879 at 10:20 o'clock P.M., and further saith not.
