First it is my Will that my body after my decease shall be descently interred and my soul I give to God who gave it Second it is my Will that my funeral expences as well as all my just debts if any shall first be fully paid Third it is my will that all my property Real and Personal that shall or may remain after paying all mentioned in the Second Item shall be given to my GrandSon John B. Fry of the Burough of Meadville Crawford County Pennsylvania and I hereby constitute and appoint John B. Fry my sole Executor of this my last will and Testament giving him full power to sell make deeds Has fully as I could myself do if living. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal to this my last will & Testament this twenty seventh day of September A D eighteen hundred and sixty Nancy Sacket [seal] Signed Sealed and acknowledged in presence of us Benj F.
