D. 1884, Then personally came the within names John Saylor and on his solemn oath did depose, declare and say, that he believes that the within mentioned Elizabeth Saylor died without a will. That he will, as the Administrator aforesaid, well and truly administer the Goods, Chattels and Personal Estate agreeably to law. That he will immediately publish for creditors once a week, for six successive weeks, and render into the Register's Office, within thirty days of this date, a just and true inventory and appraisement of the personal estate of said deceased, and additional inventories when necessary. Also a just and true account, calculation and reckoning of his said Administration in one year from this date, or when thereunto legally required. That he will well and truly comply with the provisions of law relating to Collateral inheritances. And that the whole of Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits, and personal estate she died possessed of, in the aggregate, do not in value exceed the sum of One Hundred Dollars -- to the best of his knowledge and belief. Sworn and subscribed before me the day and year aforesaid, John Saylor And Letters granted by I. D. Kuntzelman $4.65 paid Oct 25th 1884 Hoffman Deputy Registrar. Huntingdon County, ss: Before me, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration, in and for said County, Personally appeared John Saylor who, being duly sworn, doth depose and say that Elizabeth Saylor late of Cass Twp died on or about the 16 day of July 1884 at about 11 o'clock PM, to the best of his knowledge and belief.
