I, Isabella Taylor of Cass Township in the County of Huntingdon and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking and making nill all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first I direct that the Executor hereafter apointed in this will doth furnish and complete all my unfinished bisness transactions, with full force and efect as though I was doing it myself, both real estate, and personall property. And further I direct that the estate shall all be held by the Executor for the use of my children, namely: Anna Mary Victoria Taylor, Sarah Essa Taylor, James Acker Taylor, William Newton Sylvester Taylor, and Henry Allison Taylor, for there use and support both real and personall namely: ten acres of land where the family now resides and 40 acres of mountain land more or less, wich the Deed shall be lifted by the Executor and left for the use of the children for their sole use and suport and the suport of my husband. I make and apoint my husband and esteamed frend and father of the children, the natural guardian for them of all my rights and afects in both real and personal property. I appoint my esteamed friend Henry Taylor to be the Executor of this my last Will & Testament. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26 day of April A.D. 1883. Witness: S. S. Kuntzelman, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Huntingdon, personally came S. S. Parks and J. W. Irvin, the subscribing witnesses to the above Will, and being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard Isabella Taylor, the testatrix, sign, seal, and publish, pronounce and disclose the foregoing instrument of writing as and for her testament and last will, and that at the time of so doing, she the said testatrix was of perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief. Isabella "Belle" Palmer was born 26 July 1847 in Shirley Twp, Huntingdon County, the daughter of James Palmer and Barbara Miller. Isabella married Henry Taylor 24 March 1868. She died of tuberculosis on 7 May 1883. Per the newspaper obit, she is buried in Cassville Lutheran Cemetery, Cassville, Huntingdon County. The 10 acres of land mentioned in the will was the family farm located between Cassville and Saltillo.
