To get to the cemetery, follow Route 954 North out of Indiana (the North Ninth Street Extension) past Creekside, to where 954 intersects with the Five Points Road (approximately 10 miles). This is an accurate transcription as far as I was able to read the stones. The tombstones are listed in order as they are set, to help give the reader a sense of who might be buried beside whom. Reasonable guesses on the transcription are enclosed in parenthesis. Veteran flags are enclosed in braces with the abbrevation of the war. Other transcriber notes are also enclosed in braces.
