DEED James Simpson to Andrew Simpson. To all Persons to Whom these Presents shall come I, James Simpson, send greetings. Know ye that I the said James Simpson of Indiana County and Township of Centre for the sum of Thirty Dollars to me in hand paid by Andrew Simpson of the same place at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof Have Granted devised released and Confirmed and by these presents do grant demise release and confirm unto the said Andrew Simpson His Heirs and Assigns all my Rights title Interest and claim whatsoever of in and to a certain Tract of land lying and being in Armstrong County Allegheny Township granted by Warrant to Agness Simpson for two hundred and fifty acres bearing date the 22nd November 1785 Joining land of whereon now James Guthery and John Johnston now lives as by the draft from the Land Office will now plainly appear and conveyed from Charles Gibson and Agness his wife to me bearing date the sixteenth day of May 1800 Together with all and singular the Rights liberties Priviledges and Appurtenances thereunto or anywise appertaining to Have and to Hold the said Tract or parcel of land unto the said Andrew Simpson his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Andrew Simpson his Heirs and Assigns forever subject to the arearages of purchase Money and Interest later to become due to the State of Pennsylvania and I do not Warrant nor defend it from any person but me and my Heirs and said conveyance is not to be returned to me nor am I to be accountable as Having any Interest or claim or title in said land Hereinafter in any way or Mannor.
