Part of said lot was conveyed by William Cook to Daniel Wagoner by his deed dated January 15th, 1859, and part of said lot was conveyed to Daniel Wagoner by David Lockard and Sarah J. Lockard by their deed dated May 16th, 1868 and recorded in Indiana County. BEING the same lot of ground deeded to Andrew Learn, Jacob Learnand Fredrick Gaskin, Trustees of the Evangelical Luthern Congregation, and their Successors in Office, by deed of Daniel Wagoner and Susannah Wagoner, his wife, dated April 5th, 1873, and recorded on the 10th day of April 1873, in the Recorder's Office of Indiana County in Deed Book Volume 37 at Pages 520 and 521 by B.F. To Whom It May Concern: At a congregational meeting in December 1965, of the Redeemer Lutheran Church of the Cookport Parish. The condition, repairs, taxes, and income (of $20.00 per month) of the Church Parsonage located in Cookport, and solely owned by Redeemer Lutheran Church was discussed. It was decided by motion to vote by ballot on the plan to sell the Parsonage. The vote was strongly carried in favor of selling the same and procedure to be carried out by the Church Council. Mr. Pete Stewart, Real state Broker of Philadelphia Street, Indiana, PA appraised the Parsonage and lot at the price of $3,200.00. I/we further certify that this certification is in a color contrasting with that in the deed proper and is printed in twelve point type preceded by the word "notice" printed in twenty-four point type.
