She is Mrs. Wallace Treese, 18, former Carol Forsha, daughter of Mrs. Helen Forsha of 363 South Stewart Street, and the late Vernon Forsha. Mrs. Treese was treated by Dr. W. L. Benz last Monday and sent to Latrobe Hospital Wednesday, where her illness tentatively was diagnosed as infantile paralysis. She was again removed to Municipal Hospital, Pittsburgh, where early this morning she was reported in good condition, according to her mother. Her husband is a stepson of Mr. and Mrs. Paul C. Walter of East Market Street. The victim's 9-month-old daughter, Peggy Lou, and Mr. Treese were given gamma globulin shots Sunday. Mr. Treese, a Navyman, has served one year of a four-year tour of duty in the U. S. Navy. He is stationed at Cape Hatteras, NC., and has been home since his wife became ill.
