Irene E. Cook,  71, 580 Grant St.., Indiana, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1993, at
Indiana Hospital.
The daughter of Floyd B.  and Annie B. Isenberg Cook, she was born June 18,
1922 in Indiana.
Mrs. Rising had lived her  entire life in the Indiana area, where she was a
member of Calvary Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are one son, John W., Indiana RD3; one daughter, Mrs. Kerry (Debbie)
Wardo, Lucernemines; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd J. Rising, on Jan. 28, 1992;
her parents; one sister, Eleanor Sell.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Robinson-LytleÕs,
Indiana, where a funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday with Dr.
Richard Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
