    Robert Creek

 Robert E. Creek, 64, of Augusta,
W.Va., died Wednesday, Dec. 30,
1997, at the Winchester Medical
Center, Winchester, Va.
 The son of Guy and Florence
Peightal Creek, he was born Aug, 8,
1933, in Indiana.
 He was a member of the VFW and
American Legion. He served in the
U.S. Army in Germany from
1952-1955.  He also served on the
Philipsburg-Osceola Area School
Board in the 1960s.
Mr. Creek was a 1932 graduate of
Indiana Area High School. He -was
the owner of Creek Trucking Compa-
ny, Augusta, W.Va.
 He was a NASCAR fan and collect-
ed Dale Ernhardt memorabilia.
 Surviving are his wife June Ka-
dash Creek, whom he married in
1988; his first wife, Sally Carbaugh
Creek Shingledecker; two daugh-
ters, Vicki Garbrick, Mill Hall; Mrs.
Shane (Cindy) Slother, Philipsburg;
three sons: Robert D. Creek, Grass-
flat; Joseph G. Creek, MillHall; and
Christopher E. Creek, Philipsburg;
four grandchildren: Jim Creek;
Shana, Autumn, and Adam Slother.
 No public service was held. Memo-
