Robinson Cribbs, 78, of 201 Kayler St. Saltsburg (Conemaugh Township), died Friday,Dec, 5, 1997, at the Latrobe Area Hospital, Latrobe. The daughter of Lloyd E. and Leolyn Piper Robinson, she was born June 5, 1919, in Saltsburg. Mrs. Cribbs lived her entire life in Saltsburg. She was a member of the Saltsburg Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two sons, Albert Alan Cribbs, Young Township; Thomas Dwight Shearer, Latrobe; a daughter-in-law, Theresa Shearer, Saltsburg; two brothers, William Robinson, Johnstown; Al Stanley Robinson, Conemaugh Township; two grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her second husband, Albert P. Cribbs, in 1981; and her first husband, Admiral Dwight Shearer, in 1947. Private visitation and funeral ser- vices were held today with the Rev. Dr. Tom Jones officiating. Inter- ment was in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. The Curran Funeral Home, Salts- burg, was in charge of the arrange- ments.
