     Russell Dick

 Russell Ford Dick, 68, of 70 Ste-
venson Ave., Indiana, died Friday,
Jan. 9, 1998, at the home of his
daughter Penny Perman.
The son of Ford C. and Blanche
Lydick Dick, he was born Feb. 7,
1929, in Cherryhill Township. He was
a lifelong resident of Indiana.
 In 1955 he married Eleanor
Yvonne Trimble Dick, who died in
1979.
 Mr. Dick was a member of Trinity
United Methodist Church, Indiana,
and Teamsters Union Local 110. He
was a veteran-of the Korean War,
having served in the U.S. Army.
 He was employed by the Pennsyl-
vania Department of Highways and
later was employed by Harvey Com-
pany, Indiana. He retired in 1990
after 32 years of employment.
 Surviving are three daughters,
Penny, wife of Anthony D. Perman,
Homer City; Valerie, wife of Ryan
Ross, Shelecta;  Jodi, wife of John
Hagele, Pittsburgh; two grandsons,
Justin Anthony and Jeremy Russell
Perman; two aunts, Bessie Deaben-
derfer, Indiana, and Goldie Lydick,
Indiana.
 He is preceded in death by his
parents; his wife; and three uncles,
Roy, Earl and Jess Lydick.
 Friends will be received Saturday
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the C.
Frederick Bowser Funeral Home,
Homer City, where funeral services
will be held Sunday at 3.30 p.m. with
Dr. John Inghram officiating. Inter-
ment will follow in Oakland Ceme-
tery, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be
made to the VNA/Hospice Founda-
tion, Indiana.
