Mike Ferrance, aged about 52 years, a well known miner of Chambersville, died on
Sunday afternoon with miner's asthma from which he had been suffering for some
time. He had been a resident of Chambersville for a number of years and was
highly esteemed. His widow, a son, George, and two married daughters, survive
him.
