Mrs. Myrtle Riter Forsha, 58, died at her home, 178 West Ranson Ave.,
Blairsville, at 5:30 p. m, yesterday after a year's illness. Born September 28,
1881, in Bellefonte, she was a daughter of the late George and Elvina Walker
Riter. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Nellie Loman, of Blairsville;
Mrs. Dorothy Ault, of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Eloise Fannie, of New Kensington; Mrs.
Gertrude Flickinger, at home, and Glenn, Wayne, Donald and Harold Forsha, all of
Blairsville. Seven grandchildren and the following sisters and brothers also
survive: Mrs. Rose Bears, Mrs. Viola Price, Mrs. Jennie Clark, Miss Marie Riter,
George Riter and Amos Riter, all of Fayette county. Friends will be received at
the Ferguson Funeral Home, where services will be held Wednesday at 210 p. m.,
in charge of the Rev. John N. Hempstead, pastor of the Blairsville Methodist
church. Interment will be in the Blairsville cemetery.
