MELVIN A. (MUGSY) FORSHA, 79, of 161 Colonial Boulevard, Lake Tarpon Mobile
Village, Palm Harbor, died Monday. A native of Pennsylvania, he had lived in the
area for 17 years and was a retired hospital maintenance chief. He is survived
by his wife, Lillian: a daughter, Barbara of Palm Harbor. Padgett Funeral Home,
Holiday, is in charge of arrangements.
