Kathie Lee Forsha, 25, of Blairsville RD 2, died Sunday, June 8, 1975 at Latrobe
Area Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A
daughter of Don and Barbara Irwin Forsha, she was born March 16, 1950 at
Indiana. Miss Forsha was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Indiana, and OES
Chapter 166, Blairsville. She was a graduate of the Class of 1968, Blairsville
Joint High School and was an activities aide at Torrance State hospital for the
past three years. Surviving are her mother and father, mentioned above: and her
maternal grandmother, Mrs. Eva Irwin, Indiana. The family will receive friends
from 7-9 pm today and 2-4 and 7-9 p m Tuesday at the Richard R Shoemaker Funeral
Home, Blairsville. Services will be held from the chapel at the funeral home
Wednesday at 1 pm with the Rev Earl Anderson officiating. Interment will he in
Blairsville Cemetery. Members of OES Chapter 166 will meet the funeral home
Tuesday at 1 p m to conduct memorial services.
