Thirty-four years ago she came to this country and 17 years ago moved to Rossiter, where she had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Elliott, until her death on New Year's Day. She was a woman of strong character, a good mother, neighbor and friend, and her death is sincerely mourned in Rossiter. She was the mother of ten children, three of whom survive: Mrs. Elliott. of Rossiter; Fred Catlenhorn, of Baltimore, Md., and one son whose whereabout is unknown to the family.
