Aged Resident of Marion Center Succumbs to Liver Trouble. Mrs. Mary GRIFFITH, wife of Edward H. GRIFFITH, of Marion Center, Indiana County, died Friday of last week, aged seventy years old. Her death was due to liver trouble and her illness extended over a period of several weeks and was extended with great suffering. Mrs. GRIFFITH's father, the late Robert PARK was the first settler of Marion Center. The deceased is survived by five children, as follows: Dr. Harry P., a dentist, of Indiana; Charles R., publisher of the Marion Center "Independent; Frank R., a merchant, of Greensburg; William C., druggist, of Marion Center, and Clarence N., a printer, of Jeannette. Mabel, wife of Dr. W. E. DODSON, and the only daughter, died eighteen years ago. Interment was made on Sunday at Marion Center. Mrs. GRIFFITH had relatives in Johnstown.
