The Indiana Weekly Messenger Thu Apr 04, 1918
George R. Hall, a Civil war veteran, and former resident of Indiana county, died
at his home in Bell township, Jefferson county, March 23. He was a member of Co.
F, 105th P. V. I., known as the famous "Wildcat" regiment. He was wounded at the
Battle of the Wilderness and Fair Oaks. Funeral services were held on Tuesday
afternoon, March 26.
