His demise followed a stroke of apoplexy suffered 13 days ago. He had been bedfast since. The well known man, who had been actively engaged in farming until stricken, was born May 20, 1859, near Bolivar. He was a son of the late Thomas and Jane (Fulcomer) Henderson. Surviving are his widow. Mrs. Matilda (Livengood) Henderson, and these children: James Henderson, Indiana; Mrs. Matilda Croll, Robinson; Charles Henderson, New Florence; Mrs. Rebecca Fisher, Vickroy Avenue, Ferndale: Harry Henderson, Clark Street, Dale; Oliver Henderson, Bolivar, and Mrs. Clara Hostetler, Claridge. Pa. A daughter, Mrs. Minnie Johns, died three years ago. Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Germany Methodist Church, near Robinson. Interment was made in the Lutheran cemetery, West Wheatfield Township.
