Rugh Itzin, 83, of Emerson Square Personal Care Home, Indiana, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997, at her home. The daughter of Samuel T. and Annie B. McCrea Rugh, she was born Nov. 30, 1914, in Brush Valley. Mrs. Itzin had attended Graystone Presbyterian Church, Indiana. She had- resided in California for many years before returning to Indiana. She was also a member of AARP, Indiana chapter, and the VFW Club. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Leonard (Mildred) Spence, and Mrs. W. Jack (LaRugh) Stormer, both of Indiana; a sister-in-law, Betty J. Rugh, Indiana; and numerous niec- es and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis E. Itzin; four brothers: John T., Samu- el C., Harry E. and infant Gilbert Rugh and six sisters: Margaret McFeaters, Jettrude Wilson, Cora Altimus, Alma and Ethel Mikesell and infant Helen Rugh. There will be no visitation. Servic- es and interment will be private. The Bence-Mihalcik Funeral Home, In- diana, is in charge of arrangements.
