Indiana Gazette July 1964
     WALTER NEY JEFFRIES, 66, of Rochester Mills, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 
1964, at Mountain View Christian Chome, Hillsdale, following an extended 
illness.
     A son of Aaron and Sarah Hopkins Jeffries, he was born July 25, 1897 at 
Rochester Mills.
     Mr. Jeffries was a member of the Punxsutawney FOE.
     Survivors include the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Herman (Wava) 
Blose, Hamilton; Mrs. James (Elda) Colgan, Homer City; Mrs. Lester (Nora) 
Brown, Austin, Pa.; Mrs. Blair (Florence) Lewis, Indiana; Mrs. Katherine 
Travis, Rossiter; Earl Jeffries, Rochester Mills.
    Friends are being received at the Crawford Funeral Home, Marion Center, 
where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Rev. Joseph Gilkey, 
officiating. Interment will be in Mahoning Union Cemetery, Marchand.
