John Jones   Indiana County Gazette    2/2/1910

John Jones, of Glen Campbell, died Saturday evening, Jan. 22, aged 65 years. 
Death occurred at the home of John Swaddle, where the deceased had resided for 
the past few months. Mr. Jones was born in Wales, in Oct., 1844, and came to 
this country with his parents, when a child. He had been a cripple for some 
years as a result of injuries received in the mines. Previous to his late 
illness, he was employed as night watchman by the Glenwood Coal Co.  Mr. Jones 
wife died in April, 1908, and as far as known, he has no living relatives in 
this country.  Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Charles F. Carli at his 
late residence, Tuesday afternoon, Jan 25. Internment was made in the Burnside 
cemetery.
