Mrs. Mary King wife of George King, of Shelocta, died on Ssbbath afternoon
in her 80th year. The death was due to paralysis hastened by injuries
received by a fall serveral weeks previous. She is survived by her
husband and the following children:Cyrus, of Manorville, William,
Henry and Mrs. Albert Silvis, of Shelocta;Mrs Kate Millen and Joseph
of DuBois, and John of Bradenville. The deceased was a member of the
German Reformed Church. The funeral, services
were conducted Monday by Rev. W.J. Wilson of town, and interment followed
in Curry Run Church Cemetery, near
Shelocta. Oct 14, 1901
