Kundla, 84, of Route 56, Homer City RD 1, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 1998, at her home. The daughter of Michael and An- nie Tekely Slother,she was born July 21, 1913, in Philipsburg. She was a member of the Holy Protection of Mary Byzantine Catho- lic Church, Homer City. Surviving are three brothers, Frank Slother and wife Jean, Phil- ipsburg; William Slother and wife Dorothy, Philipsburg; Alex Slother, Willoughby, Ohio; two sisters, Kath- erine Dipko, Houtzdale; Romona and husband Raymond Selfridge, State College; two brothers-in-law, Andy Kundla and wife Elizabeth, Homer City; Mike Kundla and wife Mildred, Cleveland, Ohio; three sisters-in-law, Mary DeCarlo, Graceton; Veronica and husband George Vladick, Ridge Field Park, N.J.; Margaret Usko, Graceton; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Steve Kundla and brother Charles Slother. Friends will be received Sunday, from 5-9 p.m., at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City, where a Parastas service will be held at 7 p.m. A memorial service will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home and the office of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. at the Holy Protection of Mary Byzantine Roman Catholic Church, Homer City, with the Rev. Fr. John Cuccaro officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Francis Cemetery, Coral.
