The Indiana Progress Wed, Dec 11, 1918
Hugh W. Lichtenfels, son of J. C. Lichtenfels, of West Wheatfield township, died
at the home of his father on Wednesday, from pneumonia, resulting from
influenza. The deceased, who was aged 25 years, was married to Miss Edna Hill,
of New Florence, who survives with his father, four sisters and a brother, as
follows: Mrs. Claude Dias, of Pitcairn; Mrs. Charles Henderson, of West
Wheatfield township; and Lloyd and Harry Lichtenfels, at home. Following the
funeral survives conducted on Sunday at his father's home, interment was made in
the Bethel Church Cemetery in West Wheatfield township.
